Wonderful staff . I had an oil change, coolant flush and tire rotation. When I got home, I scanned through my “DAC” and noticed my tires censors weren’t reset . I called to let them know and came back yesterday to correct it. Ann gave me a card for a free tire rotation. Thank you!!

We were very pleased with how our service visit went. You were able to get us in quickly, determine what the issue was, make the repairs, and get us on our way. I'm thankful you found some issues that would have possibly given us problems before we made it home. I did have one thing I had an issue with. I check our oil every morning and when we gas up. I had not had any issues with the hood release in the cabin giving me any trouble, but when I went to check the oil the first time after our visit (next, morning) the hood latch in the cabin was broken. It appears that a pin is missing that holds it in place. I don't want to complain but I do feel it probably got broken while in the shop. Maybe the mechanic didn't notice, but if he did, it would have been nice if he had taken the time to fix it.

Long story short. I was in a hurry and needed to get back on the road. I was very hesitant of going in because typically automotive service can be slow at times but my service manager was extremely courteous, reassuring, and very helpful. He didn’t make any outstanding promises. In fact he broke the situation down to me and gave me an estimate that I was just fine with so I went ahead and left my truck in his car. He was in constant contact with me and in the end, my truck got fixed even faster than what he said and like I said the service was phenomenal. Thank you automation, and thank you, Colby.

Terry the service manager was very nice and helpful. I brought my truck in due to a service light and was told the shop was behind by 3 days I said understood. After day 4 I kept calling multiple times eith no return phone calls. I drove up to the dealership on day 7 to find out my adviser wasn't there and got no answer see how service manager had left for the day. Drove around and found my vehicle in back lot in same place it was moved on day one. I returned on morning of day 8 and spoke to manager after an hour wait due to a meeting he was in. I told him that i never recieved a call back from advised Nathan and wanted to know where we were on the diagnosing and repair. I was informed that my truck hadn't even been seen by a tech but he would look at it today. I was then told a walk in came in this morning before I got there and the tech would have to finish that vehicle before even looking at mine. After 8 days and no answers I said I woukd like to retrieve my vehicle to take it to a mechanic that said he could look at it within an hour. Come to find out the oil pump was out and turbo destroyed and metal in the pan. I found all this out withing 2 hours of the new shop looking at the vehicle. No thanks to auto nation chevy I have a new vehicle which is not a Chevrolet. Worse dealership ever rude and dishonest team service manager was nice and understanding but I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Scheduled appt for oil change at 1pm by 1: 40 truck was still in service writers station..I was told it was because I was 3rd in line!? What!? So I took my truck somewhere else, which has never happened since I bought the truck. Not sure what's going on, but I work hard so I can not only make my payments but keep up with regular maintenance. It's a shame my truck will not be in your service departments care.

I was told it would be two weeks before you could look at my vehicle. Then was surprised when a week later I was told I needed to replace my transmission, repairs were not even offered. When I was quote $8,100.00 on the replacement I fell out of my chair. Then started calling transmission shops to find on the high side for a replacement was $5,000.00 but a rebuild could be possible and less money too. You know what I did was picked my truck up an took it the the shop that quoted me the highest estimate of $5,100.00 to do my work, it sure is a-shame you can’t trust dealerships to be more reasonable on vehicle repair cost.

I came to get my 7500 mile maintenance done on my 2023 corvette after waiting all day the first day they called and told me they hadn’t done the service because the car was having problems connecting to their computer and that they would need to keep it another day. The next day around noon i hadn’t heard anything so I called and was told they still hadn’t done the services because of the issue and that the car was ready to pick up. After arriving she said the GM engineers wanted to try something else but i couldn’t leave the car because i didn’t have a way to get home. The service department said there’s a ticket on my car and to bring it back in when I get a free chance.

They do a phenomenal job at this location. That is why I drive 286 miles round-trip just for them to change the oil here. They are always friendly and courteous, and then they have a shuttle driver that will drive you wherever you need to go if you ever need to go anywhere. The waiting room is always fully stocked with some snacks and drinks as well as a nice coffee pot for you while you wait. I highly recommend this place, and they get a 10 out of 10 easily. Also, my next vehicle will definitely come from this location, because they are such phenomenal staff as well as service advisors. They for sure have earned my next vehicle, as well as where I go for future service.

We were traveling across the country and developed trouble with the battery charging system about 50 miles from Amarillo, Texas. We arrived in the evening after dealerships were closed. We arrived at AutoNation as soon as it opened in the morning and were immediately added to their daily service schedule. The problem was diagnosed, parts ordered, and problems solved by midafternoon. In the meantime, we were very comfortable in their very clean , comfortable, waiting room which was well-supplied with beverages and snacks! We were even shuttled to the mall and back. So even though we were delayed in our trip, our car issue was solved as quickly as possible and we were well cared for too! Thanks so much for your prompt assistance!

It all started when I asked the guy at the front will my fluids be topped off and he says yes he thought that they would but they weren’t when I was going home. My washer fluid popped up saying it was low air was low so I have to go find somewhere to get that aired up.

I brought my car in to replace a coolant hose that had been leaking so severely, my car ran out of coolant. I scheduled a service and an oil change. I was told that the part was a known issue and that the hoses were on back order. "It could be up to 2 weeks". I understand that back orders and delays happen, however, it was almost 2 weeks before my car was even LOOKED AT and for the part to be ordered! If I had not texted for updates, I bet it would've continued to be overlooked. I asked for a loaner vehicle multiple times and there was never one available. No one offered to pay for a rental. I was out a car for almost a month and having to rely on others. Then, I had to pay for the oil change, despite the dealership not paying for a rental car. Nikeo did give me a discount but I still feel like that was the least the dealership could do. It was just a very frustrating experience and sequence of events.

Customer service was great. Great communication and truck was completed when specified. My only complaint is that my $70k truck came in for the L87 recall, an engine scope and oil viscosity change paid for by GM and the dealership used an aftermarket oil filter and didn't completely fill the engine up with oil. Yes it's on the dipstick but almost a quart low. It takes 8 qts for an oil and filter change on the l87 6.2 V8. If they short everyone a quart of oil and charging for or being reimbursed for 8 qts that's not good business or saving money, its theft. I'm really happy with my GM product and would buy another in the future.

Didn't fix the problem just put new battery in. The truck is still discharging,had to take it back on Friday and know I'm being told it'll be at least Monday before I get it back.. Monday will be 4 days in your shop.

!. Tire started losing 10 lbs air after I drove it 29 miles, Warning liht came on and we filled it up thinking it was just low. We notified Amarilo dealer, and they said we passes the official 5 day guarantee. They did patch it for no cost. But knowledgable owners say you should not drive in track mode with a patch. 2. The Autonation window sticker said it came with the "LPO Roof panel storage pouch Genuine Corvette Accessory" It did Not which I discovered at home. They referred me to the extremlely fine print at bottom of the sticker which said what was on the sticker was not necesarily true. It was up to me to check it out. How do you check magnetic ride, and such? At the very least they could have told me they didn't actually have it. I figured they had it at the dealer.They said they thought it came with 2 keys. They went to look for it and could not find it. This was not a guaranteed item. I did buy the VVP, Paint and Glass packages.I understand they were nor leglly obligated, but my past dealings with Porsche and Mercedes delalers would have at least offered to buy the top cover and key at dealer cost. For sure I agree you can publish this. I will see if this letter results in any action. The two or three people I was involved with were polite, and may just not considered these significnt things, and only allowed to do the minimum legal obligtions. On the plus side, the car did have an original Corvette branded battery tender, which was not listed and they did not charge extra. I will see if there is any affect at all after this letter. Thanks for asking.
