we were told it would only take about three hours, we dropped the vehicle off at 8AM and did not get it back until 3.45 that afternoon, they did say it was because they had trouble with the vehicle before us. We called to find out why it was taking so long and it was then that they told us of the problem with the other vehicle. I have always had great service from Auto nation and I don't think this was the fault of the service dept.I will continue to take my vehicles there in the future.
