Our experience with AutoNation Chevrolet West Amarillo brought peace to my husband and I being that we were traveling from Fort Worth, TX to Albuquerque, NM and our truck left us stranded on the side of the highway in the middle of night with our 3 kids. Our truck was towed to AutoNation West the following morning. Our service advisor Kobe provided excellent customer service, letting us know that our vehicle warranty covered a car rental. Kobe contacted Enterprise and setup our car rental which made the process very easy for my husband and me.
